Within &deBlauw Executive Search, I focus on senior management, C-level and board appointments within mid-market companies across the consumer, retail, digital and manufacturing sectors.

With more than 25 years of experience, I lead executive search assignments for private equity-backed businesses, scale-ups, and owner-managed/family-run companies operating in growth and transformation environments. My career began on the client side within the food sector, after which I built more than twenty years of experience in executive search, working with both listed organisations and boutique search firms. I continue to enjoy working with organisations where products are made, businesses are built and results are delivered and I always appreciate a tour of the factory floor.

I believe that a successful executive search assignment goes beyond simply filling a position. A career move should not only suit the stage and ambitions of an organisation, but should also contribute to an individual’s long-term development, motivation and career trajectory. That is why, in addition to experience and track record, I always look at the person behind the role, including personality, drivers and cultural fit.
