General Terms and Conditions

 

&deBlauw’s general terms and conditions apply to all legal relationships of &deBlauw. The general terms and conditions limit &deBlauw’s liability where appropriate. Dutch law applies to legal relationships with &deBlauw. The court in Rotterdam has jurisdiction for any disputes. Nevertheless, &deBlauw has the right to submit disputes to the competent court of the client’s place of residence or place of business.
