Managing Director
Over de functie
TECE Netherlands prepares for a structured leadership succession after almost 30 years under its current Managing Director. As Managing Director, you take on full P&L responsibility for the Dutch business and lead the organisation into its next phase of growth, professionalisation and commercial development.
You refine the Dutch strategy within the wider Group direction and translate it into clear business and action plans. The role combines strategic leadership with close operational involvement across sales, finance, logistics, technical support, HR and administration. You strengthen commercial performance by developing project business, expanding key accounts, identifying new customer segments and sharpening the local product and market approach.
You report to the Head of International Business and lead a professional and experienced team. Working with TECE Group and the local organisation, you build trust, coach your team and ensure that strategic priorities are translated into disciplined execution, reliable forecasting and measurable results.
The role offers an entrepreneurial scope within a profitable family-owned company with long-term ambitions. You shape the Dutch organisation while building on a solid market position, an established customer base and a structured handover from the current Managing Director.
Jouw profiel
- Proven experience leading a technical sales organisation in the Netherlands and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong background and network in technical project sales, complex solutions and distribution
- Knowledge of the sanitary, heating, building or construction sector
- Strategic, operationally strong and data-driven
- Commercial, hands-on people manager
