Global Commercial Excellence Manager
About the position
Fluiconnecto is entering a new phase of growth. To support its ambition to continue the global expansion across 5 continents, the organisation is building one globally aligned commercial operating model across more than 40 countries in the course of three years. The challenge is not only to improve commercial effectiveness, but also to drive behavioural change and create a consistent way of working while preserving local entrepreneurship. In this role, you will help align local market dynamics with global commercial standards.
To support Fluiconnecto's ambitious growth plans, you will design and embed a global commercial operating model that creates consistency, improves account development and enables scalable growth.
By introducing clear frameworks, performance indicators and leadership routines, you will help create a more disciplined, data-driven and proactive commercial organisation across Fluiconnecto's global network.
As Global Commercial Excellence Manager, you will translate strategy into execution. You will develop frameworks, processes and routines that enable sales teams to perform more effectively and support sustainable growth.
This is first and foremost a transformation role. Success depends on influencing behaviour, creating alignment and increasing accountability across the organisation. You will help sales teams and leaders move from reactive order-taking towards proactive account management, opportunity creation and structured business development, embedding new ways of working across countries and channels.
Working across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and Country Leadership, you will build alignment and drive adoption in alignment with the Executive Management of the Group. The ability to influence without formal authority is essential.
To create one source of commercial truth across the organisation, you will ensure that technology supports adoption, process discipline and data-driven decision making. You will design and own the sales business processes and coordinate with IT to translate into a global CRM Model.
Your work will directly contribute to stronger account penetration, improved forecasting, increased sales productivity and the successful execution of Fluiconnecto's international growth strategy.
Your profile
- Proven track record in commercial transformation, organisational change, project management and CRM implementation; tier 1 commercial consultancy experience is an asset.
- Background in industrial, technical or service-oriented B2B retail businesses
- Experience leading international transformation or change programmes
- Experience with CRM-driven sales organisations (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Change-oriented and able to drive behavioural transformation
