Chief Commercial Officer
About the position
As Chief Commercial Officer, you join the Management Team and hold responsibility for the international commercial strategy and growth agenda. You provide leadership to the global sales organisation, strengthen strategic partnerships with distributors and luxury retailers, and translate brand and portfolio ambitions into tangible results. You collaborate closely with the CEO, Creative Director, Marketing Director and Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute the international commercial strategy
- Accelerate growth with key distributors through deeper strategic partnerships
- Drive retail and e-commerce expansion across luxury department stores and premium platforms (e.g. Douglas, Amazon Beauty)
- Develop market-entry strategies for the US, the Middle East and South America
- Strengthen strategic distributor relationships and professionalise sales processes
- Safeguard premium brand positioning across all channels
- Provide leadership to the international sales team
Your profile
- Senior commercial leader within high-end beauty, luxury or lifestyle
- Proven international experience in distributor and retail channels
- Strategic, data-driven and entrepreneurial; effective in a dynamic family-owned business
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and digitalisation
- Excellent command of English, Dutch is an advantage
