I have been with &deBlauw as a Senior Research Consultant since 2025. After starting my career in secondment and recruitment&selection, I gained more than ten years of experience in corporate recruitment. During this time, I was responsible for building up recruitment departments for leading organisations, both nationally and internationally, as well advising management on strategic personnel issues. In recent years, I have specialised in executive search.

I enjoy living in Voorschoten and I like to be active in nature or at the gym. I also volunteer as a coach, helping long-term job seekers to find suitable employment.
