Making the switch from my background in food marketing, I entered the world of executive search. My move was driven by my interest in change and in people – their life stories, motivations and most important achievements. In recent years I have worked for boutique and global search organisations. I retain my great affinity with consumer and retail practice and with the marketing and digital field.

I enjoy alternating between working in cities like Amsterdam and Rotterdam with the fresh air of the forest and beach in Noordwijk, where I am fortunate to live. I spend my free time with my family – I have two daughters – and friends. I can also be frequently found in the gym.

My expertise

I focus sector-wide on general management, commercial, HR, digital and marketing roles at director and C-level within mid-market organisations and corporates with a focus on the consumer and retail practice.
