I joined &deBlauw in September 2025 as a Leadership Advisory Partner. I like to work with directors and senior managers who are willing to grow and chart a new course, in order to boost their impact and achieve sustainable results. I gained my experience during my time as an Assessment Psychologist and Managing Consultant at Berenschot. I also co-founded TENEA, an innovative, executive focused assessment agency. I live with my husband and our two daughters in The Hague There, I enjoy everything the city has to offer: culture, delicious food, beaches, and the sea. What I enjoy most is getting out there and exploring the rest of the world.

Understanding and strengthening leadership: that’s my skill. For me, good, sustainable leadership is about more than just qualities and skills; it’s also about having the right connection with the organisation, the team, and the environment. I help leaders to gain insight into their own development and support organisations in forming leadership teams that can truly make a difference to the future of their company. As a sparring partner for executives and C-level leaders, I have worked for years with boards of directors and supervisory boards of organisations in both the public and private sectors.
Almost twenty years as an Organisational Psychologist have taught me to approach strategic leadership issues with an open, critical, and human perspective. This leads to clear analyses and independent, in-depth advice.
