I have been working at &deBlauw as a Senior Consultant Interim Management since October 2024. I began my career in employment mediation almost 10 years ago, following the completion of my Master’s degree in Labour and Organisational Psychology.
In my spare time, my son Mateo and I spend a lot of time with family and friends, some of whom live in the Spanish Basque Country. I also like to work out and I am very focused on healthy eating.
My expertise
In my career to date, I have gained experience in mediation for, among others, public, healthcare, finance, and IT professionals. This was based on secondment, temporary employment and freelance. Over the past three years, I have specialised in making the right match between interim requests and the appropriate freelance finance professionals for the assignment.” This has involved knowledge of project issues in diverse sectors for companies both large and small. Some of this work required my working abroad.
