As of December 2024, I will be working with great pleasure at &deBlauw, an independent business with offices in the heart of Rotterdam and Amsterdam. My expertise
I have 25 years of experience in employment mediation, much of which I gained at the Randstad Group and USG People. During this time, I have built up broad expertise in functional areas such as IT, HR, Legal, Finance and Marketing within various sectors.
For the past two years, I have worked as an independent recruitment business partner, where I missed the team spirit and dynamics of agency recruitment. In my role as a senior consultant, I am driven, results-oriented and have a good sense of humour. I listen carefully to the needs of my clients and find it essential to match the right candidate with the specific requirements of the position. I believe that drive and passion are crucial for success in our field. I also expect passion for their profession from the candidates I mediate; only with passion can you be successful in what you do. I often receive appreciation from my clients for this.
I live in Rotterdam with my boyfriend and our three children. In my spare time I like to visit the gym, play the piano and occasionally enjoy a game of tennis.
