Peter &deBlauw

My work as a Senior Consultant at &deBlauw began in September 2023. During over 15 years in recruitment and executive search, I have worked at various agencies with countless companies and candidates. In the early years of my career, I was employed with InterWork, with responsibility for interim assignments. Following this, I further developed my skills at MU and Career Openers, where I was involved in executive search.
I live in Hoofddorp, together with my partner Sylvia and our two daughters. In my spare time I like to follow various sports. This stems from my strong interest in people who set high goals and seek to improve themselves. This is also a pleasant aspect of my work. I am an enthusiastic athlete and usually have a triathlon or marathon on my agenda, for which I train with friends.

My experience lies in the field of finance and operations at senior management and board level. In recent years, I have built up an extensive network, including CFOs, FDs and COOs in medium-sized PE-owned companies as well as family businesses and large corporates in various sectors.
