With almost 20 years of experience in HR, I have built a solid foundation in talent development and recruitment & selection. Over the past eight years, I have specialised in filling management and executive positions within various sectors with a specific focus on data & analytics, finance and supply chain. My strength lies in thoroughly understanding clients’ strategic needs and carefully matching these with the wishes, capabilities and personality of candidates, enabling both parties to perform optimally.
