I began working as a Senior Consultant &deblauw in March 2024. &deBlauw is a boutique search agency with an eye for innovation, future-proofing and diversity. These are themes aligned with my personal interests and I immediately felt at home in the close-knit team. My career in employment services began with the sourcing of laboratory personnel, a sector which I have always found particularly interesting. However, with the ambition to further develop myself and get to know other sectors, I made the switch to finance & control. For the past ten years, I have remained active in this field, sourcing solutions for both permanent and interim roles in various sectors. Additionally, in my role as a manager I have built, managed and developed various teams, something I have done with great enjoyment and success.
I live in Leidschendam with Mike and our two children. In my spare time I enjoy days out with my family and am always up for a snack and a drink with friends. I love skiing, enjoy watching F1 and can frequently be found on the padel court or dance floor.

My expertise

The extensive network that I have built up in recent years consists mainly of senior financials, CFOs, FDs and HR managers in various sectors. I am also familiar with the areas of sustainability, ESG and risk. I am curious and always looking for what drives an orgaisation and people and why. To solve issues, I think in ‘out of the box’ solutions. My strength lies in translating organisational challenges to candidates with the right competencies, motivations and personality.
