I have been a Senior Consultant in Interim Management at & deBlauw since October 2025. I began my career as a management trainee at Randstad. Following this, I held various leadership roles at organisations focusing on people development and utilisation of potential. The common thread throughout my career has always been: the right person in the right place, making an impact on people, and future-proofing organisations by optimally utilising talent and skills.
I live in Naaldwijk with my partner and two children. In my free time, I like running, can regularly be found on my road or mountain bike, and enjoy reading a good book.
