I am founder and managing partner of &deBlauw. Following a career within corporates, I made the switch to executive recruitment. After working at Michael Page for several years, in 2010, I founded &deBlauw. My aim was to be a high-quality sparring partner for my clients in the industrial sector – something that is a good fit with my background in engineering.
I still enjoy living in Delft with my wife and daughter. In addition to spending time with my family, I enjoy playing the piano, practicing krav maga, and playing chess and golf.
My expertise
Since my studies in Delft, I have been building a network within the world of engineering. Now, nearly 30 years later, I have a access to an extensive (international) network of technically educated professionals. My focus is on positions at board and executive levels, often with a technical profile. Over the last 10 years, I have also been successful in filling positions on General Management level.
