Florence &deBlauw
I have been with @deBlauw was a Senior Executive Search Consultant since October 2025. I gained my experience over 25 years in the legal world and executive search, with both commercial and (semi) public organisations.
I began my career at Aegon with a focus on commercial appointments before transitioning to those in the legal profession. Following this, I was responsible for the development of the legal sector and the complete recruitment process at Yacht. In 2006, together with my family, I moved first to Paris and then to Brussels. During these years, alongside my family life, I held a number of additional positions, including chairing a school board and co-founding the start-up B-Sprouts. In 2018, I joined Korn Ferry, being based first in Brussels and later in Amsterdam, where I specialised in executive search for the industrial sector.

In recent years, I have focused primarily on C-level and Non-Executive Director (governance) roles, within both commercial and (semi) public organisations.
