About the position

The General Manager Netherlands role represents one of the most strategically important leadership appointments for the company’s Dutch business at this point in its journey.

The organisation has experienced significant growth over recent years through both organic expansion and acquisitions. As a result, the business now stands at a critical turning point: strong commercial potential exists, but the next phase of growth requires a leader who can bring structure, alignment and clarity to a complex operating environment.

This is not a traditional General Manager position focused solely on managing a mature and stable business. Instead, this role is about leading transformation while continuing to drive commercial performance.

The new leader will inherit a business with a clear ambition to scale over the coming four to five years. To achieve this, the organisation needs a leader who can stabilise teams, strengthen culture, simplify complexity and create a scalable platform for future growth.
