You are Head of Sales and lead the commercial transformation. You build a high-performing sales organisation, strengthen commercial capabilities, develop new markets and create sustainable customer value contributing directly to long-term growth ambitions. You are a member of the Dutch Management Team and you join an international company with ambitious growth plans, strong shareholder commitment and significant investment in innovation, digitalisation and commercial excellence. This role offers substantial impact, visibility and the opportunity to shape the commercial direction of ista in The Netherlands, contributing to the reduction of CO₂ emissions in the real estate sector.
Jouw profiel
You have sales management expertise and experience in professionalising commercial organisations. You bring teams to a higher performance level and at the same time realise new growth. You have entrepreneurship and credibility to lead the organisation into the next commercial phase, playing a strong connecting role between sales, operations, technology and service.
- Master’s degree plus MBA is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in senior commercial leadership role within a complex B2B technical environment, operating successfully within international or matrix organisations
- Successful track record in developing new business areas, services or market propositions; consultancy experience or exposure to highly structured commercial organisations is considered a strong advantage
- Commercially driven leader combining strategic thinking with pragmatic execution
