Interim Chief Revenue Officer
Over de functie
In this role you are responsible for setting sales targets and monitoring commercial performance against revenue goals, while ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction across key public sector accounts. You lead, coach and develop sales, account management and RevOps teams (40 FTE, 4 direct reports) and own the commercial strategy and approximately €30M in revenue, with a target of around 10% annual growth. A key focus is driving public sector growth, with particular emphasis on strengthening tendering capabilities and improving win rates. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced international matrix environment.

- Senior interim CRO / commercial executive (10+ years SaaS/IT) with strong international experience
- Proven track record in revenue growth, commercial transformation and operating in complex, fast-paced matrix organisations
- Strong public sector expertise (NL/UK: government, healthcare, municipalities)
- Skilled in sales, account management, RevOps and tendering leadership across full commercial value chain
- Hands-on leadership style focused on building, scaling and developing high-performing teams
- Data-driven and analytical, with strong focus on performance improvement and execution excellence
