About the position
As the Manager HR at Acta Marine, you will play a dynamic and multifaceted role. You will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes to support the company’s growth and strategic objectives. You will work closely with management to foster a positive work environment, improve organisational performance, and drive a high-performance culture aligned with the company values.
You will lead a team of two HR employees (payroll and HRBP), liaise with the crewing manager and report directly to the Managing Director. The Manager HR is part of the Management Team. With your expertise, you make a fundamental contribution to the future of the company.
As the Manager HR, you are capable of identifying opportunities and elevating HR to the next level through strategic development and operational execution. You take on this role as a proactive partner.
Your profile
- Experience in end-to-end HR management, preferably in technical product industries in smaller sized organisations which are growing
- Building high performance teams
- Knowledge of payroll management is desirable
- Experience with marine or offshore international crewing processes and maritime law is considered an advantage
